- For external use only. Apply in the evening to clean skin. Remove the metal cap and attach the plastic cap with the twist-off dispenser. Unscrew the dispenser, apply the toner to a cotton pad, and wipe it over your face, neck, and décolleté. Avoid contact with the eye contour and mucous membranes. You may experience a tingling or burning sensation immediately after application. If it does not subside after a few minutes, rinse off the toner with cool water.
